  Really disappointed at the lack of service at Subway. 77Main Road Lower Plenty Vic. When at 8.43pm my son was denied service because they were "all packed up" as he was told! despite signage on door OPEN TILL 9PM. There was still a man eating in the shop, and in spite of this, the young blonde girl and the other well rounded young girl with dark hair (by discription) was more interested in watching the TV and/or going home than servicing a customer. I'd like to add as a shift worker my son waited 'til i got home at about 8.15 and offered to shout subway as a treat. We live locally and he has a bizillion "friends" on facebook which he is inclined to tell them all of his experience. On the contrary Eltham Subway was more than accommodating in their service and hospitality and we thank them for not shuting their doors' because they felt like it'!! Whoever owns the franchise to the Lower Plenty Subway, I'm glad it's not me!! and if it were, I would seriously be taking a good look at the staff who care???? for your bussiness after hours...not!! I am sooo pis..d off I will be in contact personally with your store

  Staff very friendly, food was good and service satisfactory considering the number of people in for lunch. I don't know how the chefs put out so many meals in a short time.

  Nice pizzas friendly service but the bases were a bit like the boxes they came in. Tough and chewy. Will try again as maybe it was an off day
